About the role

Responsibilities

  • Match temporary employee skills to customer needs to ensure quality placements
  • Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service and skill sourcing sales calls
  • Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and manage client accounts
  • Implement company quality standards, orientation programs, and recognition initiatives
  • Monitor temporary employee attendance, performance, and productivity
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice reconciliation, payroll support, and client reporting
  • Address personnel issues and maintain accurate customer and employee records

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years in customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and other company offices as needed
  • Experience in business development, sales presentations, and negotiation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
