About the role
Responsibilities
- Match temporary employee skills to customer needs to ensure quality placements
- Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service and skill sourcing sales calls
- Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and manage client accounts
- Implement company quality standards, orientation programs, and recognition initiatives
- Monitor temporary employee attendance, performance, and productivity
- Manage administrative tasks including invoice reconciliation, payroll support, and client reporting
- Address personnel issues and maintain accurate customer and employee records
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years in customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites and other company offices as needed
- Experience in business development, sales presentations, and negotiation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
