Onsite Logistician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all logistics activities for service projects across Israel.
• Receive, inspect, register, and organize tools, spare parts, and equipment according to company procedures.
• Manage the complete tool lifecycle, including availability, quality control, storage, and rental tool returns.
• Provide operational support by supplying tools and spare parts to field specialists on demand.
• Maintain tool warehouse operations, including issuing equipment to sites and ensuring timely returns.
• Coordinate daily with Site Managers, Project Managers, warehouse personnel, field teams, and suppliers.
• Handle equipment deliveries, shipments, and transportation requirements.
• Report and follow up on shortages, damages, defects, or deviations.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and the TCTP tool management system for operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience working with tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Experience working within an industrial environment.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant advantage if you have experience supporting on-site service projects.
