About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of outbound telephone calls
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Approach existing and potential clients to schedule meetings for customers (law firms, banks, and marketing agencies)
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch speaker
- English proficiency (B2 level)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude with commercial persuasion and an analytical mindset
- Service-oriented, professional, and meticulous
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven work culture
- Good computer skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in cold calling
