Online Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce platforms
• Manage and grow business through B2B portals including GeM and IndiaMART
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace visibility using SEO best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional buyers and government procurement teams
• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies
• Analyze sales performance, forecast demand, and improve overall profitability
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
• Manage Vendor Central, procurement orders, pricing negotiations, and platform cost optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and Online Sales Management
• Proven track record of success on Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, and IndiaMART
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing SEO, and promotional tools
• Experience navigating government procurement processes and tender requirements
• Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
