Online Recruitment Coordinator Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Enrollment Coordinators to meet productivity, engagement, and referral goals
• Monitor team metrics through Salesforce and Five9, including calls, appointments, and chat time
• Provide consistent coaching and feedback through bi-weekly one-on-one meetings and live call monitoring
• Partner with Training and Recruitment leadership to coordinate onboarding and continuous professional development
• Identify and address process inefficiencies by refining standard operating procedures and workflows
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to ensure system accuracy and database integrity
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and communicate performance benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or higher education
• Ability to effectively train and direct the work of others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and advocating for team needs
• Ability to work effectively in a frequently transforming environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Previous leadership or management experience working with teams
