Online Product Manager Woman

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial performance and online strategy for the women's category, ensuring sales, margin, and profitability targets are met.
• Drive key performance indicators including conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and sell-through.
• Define and execute daily and seasonal trading strategies across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to optimize the online assortment architecture, including core, trend, and seasonal collections.
• Oversee the digital product experience, including online visual merchandising, navigation, search, and product page optimization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and conduct post-season performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and seasonal drops.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial leadership within a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong commercial vision and ability to manage complex product categories.
• Proven experience in digital product strategy and online assortment management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and analyze key e-commerce KPIs.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and analytical mindset.
