Online Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online pick process, including training and daily completion
• Act as the main contact for communication between Kurt Geiger and the Harrods host store
• Manage styling, editorial, and marketing photo-shoot loans and returns
• Audit stock on loan and ensure accuracy across all stock movement platforms
• Collate EOD reports and summarize weekly performance for director-level communication
• Manage payroll tasks including staff hours via EZLM and productivity reports
• Lead and coach direct reports, managing performance and succession planning
• Oversee international dispatch processes and ensure GDPR compliance for customer data
• Manage stock loss prevention and stock take preparation

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations or e-commerce management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage stock, audits, and inventory accuracy
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Commercial mindset with a focus on KPIs and productivity
