Responsibilities

  • Own monthly revenue, traffic, conversion, and profitability targets across online channels
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, and 11.11
  • Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability on marketplaces
  • Manage platform health metrics, seller performance, and customer ratings
  • Build daily and weekly dashboards for sales and channel performance
  • Analyze traffic sources, SKU movement, campaign ROI, and competitor actions
  • Introduce AI tools to improve operations productivity and automate workflows
  • Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, finance, marketing, and product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or Marketplace Operations
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven sales growth track record
  • Data-driven proficiency with Excel and BI dashboards
  • Fast-moving, entrepreneurial mindset
