Responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue, traffic, conversion, and profitability targets across online channels
- Plan and execute platform campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, and 11.11
- Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability on marketplaces
- Manage platform health metrics, seller performance, and customer ratings
- Build daily and weekly dashboards for sales and channel performance
- Analyze traffic sources, SKU movement, campaign ROI, and competitor actions
- Introduce AI tools to improve operations productivity and automate workflows
- Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, finance, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or Marketplace Operations
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven sales growth track record
- Data-driven proficiency with Excel and BI dashboards
- Fast-moving, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
