Online Internationalization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate internationalization opportunities through digital media and the GSL Classroom initiative to connect students and faculty globally.
• Support the analysis, identification, and consolidation of international alliances for effective faculty engagement in GSL Classroom experiences.
• Provide advisory and support to professors in the design, implementation, and evaluation of GSL Classroom experiences, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
• Manage, clean, and analyze databases to track operations, generate reports, conduct audits, and improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate and optimize operational processes of the GSL Classroom model, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Drive the adoption of educational technologies by monitoring innovation trends and implementing pilot solutions to improve model scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Education, Educational Innovation, Industrial Engineering, Educational Technology, Administration, or International Relations.
• 2+ years of experience in academic management, project coordination, or process administration, preferably in educational institutions.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and database management.
• Strong skills in data processing, analysis, and report generation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders in international or educational contexts.
