About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize the sales journey using A/B testing, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
- Co-develop and manage the company’s business website including project scoping, UX/UI development, and technical operations
- Establish and execute a content strategy to engage target audiences and support lead generation
- Build and oversee a data-driven digital roadmap to enhance customer experience across platforms
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Support online marketing campaigns across web platforms including landing pages and microsites
- Manage and operate marketing tools and platforms such as CDP, CRM, and ERP
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or content management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital platform management
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
