Online Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the online experience for Dell in Brazil, driving e-commerce performance and optimizing the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to optimize website space and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct proactive business analyses and provide clear project updates to executive stakeholders.
• Analyze and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey to increase consideration and reduce churn.
• Contribute to quarterly planning processes, including project prioritization and performance analysis of previous initiatives.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with IT Architecture, Pricing, and Global Merchandising to influence layout and content design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce and/or e-business platform management within a digital or IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-focused project management, including translating business requirements into operational results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate online performance metrics and customer behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders in a dynamic regional role.
• Degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of academic training and professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
