Online Carrier Access Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, maintenance, and termination of online access with insurance carriers, wholesalers, and business partners
• Review and approve online access requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain online access databases, shared drives, and internal sites to ensure records remain current
• Act as a liaison between Lockton and external partners to troubleshoot online access issues
• Coordinate with the Producer Licensing Contract Team regarding necessary contractual agreements
• Protect the confidentiality of business and individual information gathered during job duties
• Assist with training and maintaining procedure manuals for internal and outsourced staff
• Contribute to process improvement projects and keep management apprised of potential issues

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or a related field, or two years of equivalent administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle and protect personal and confidential information
• Strong research skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
