Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions
• Collaborate with clients to integrate OneStream Software into FP&A processes
• Manage client expectations and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts
• Review and refine functional and technical project deliverables
• Evaluate task estimates and technical solutions
• Finalize effort estimations and project plans
• Enhance the delivery process of OneStream solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects with a focus on OneStream
• Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream projects
• Strong business acumen and deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications
• Proven ability to manage project scope, client expectations, and team performance
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of issue resolution and follow-through
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members
