OneSource & SAP Tax IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and post go-live operations for global tax processes using OneSource.
• Configure and maintain OneSource, including tax rules, determination, mapping, and master data support.
• Analyze and resolve tax-related incidents, interface issues, and SAP S/4HANA–OneSource integration challenges.
• Translate tax and finance business requirements into practical technical solutions and change requests.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment readiness, and user training.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality tax technology deliverables.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance, SAP S/4HANA, or tax solution support.
• Experience with OneSource or similar SAP-integrated tax engine solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently on configuration, incident resolution, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Must be willing to obtain OneSource Professional Certification during the probation period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SAP SD/MM sales and purchase processes and their integration with tax determination.
