One ERP - Project Execution Manager - D365

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle execution of the One ERP project, managing phases from design and build to deployment and hypercare
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and integrated resource models
• Orchestrate business process discovery and fit-gap sessions to ensure global standardization across O2C, P2P, and R2R flows
• Own the data strategy, including data modeling, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation
• Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance) and oversee cutover readiness and defect triage
• Drive change management strategies to ensure high user adoption and effective training deployment
• Manage vendor relationships, including SOWs, deliverables, and quality gates
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through transparent communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7–10+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations (multi-entity or multi-country experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience across various ERP domains
• Strong planning and execution discipline with expertise in risk and dependency management
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and business acumen in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
