Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on automatic doors at customer sites in the Midden and West Brabant region
• Conduct inspections and maintenance according to checklists and repair faults when within mandate
• Coordinate with the internal service desk and sales for replacements or repairs outside mandate
• Communicate proactively with customers and the planner about work status and any changes
• Advise customers on additional products and services
• Document all maintenance activities, replacements, and system updates in the company system

Requirements

• MBO level 2 work and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanical systems
• Familiar with NEN-16005 or willing to learn
• Valid driving license BE
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willing to obtain one
• VCA-basic certification or willing to acquire it
• Dutch language proficiency in speaking and writing
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Willingness to learn and grow; starters are welcome
