Oncology Territory Manager, Hematology

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting product features and benefits to key accounts, including academic institutions, hospitals, infusion centers, and hematologists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders through personal visits and educational engagement.
• Analyze customer needs and maintain an updated target list to plan effective sales calls and meet territory goals.
• Serve as a disease state expert, providing high-level product expertise and customer service to all assigned accounts.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company protocols regarding the communication of accurate product information and reporting adverse events.
• Utilize sales force automation systems and territorial reports to enhance impact and manage territory activities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of overall pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or oncology sales.
• Proven experience selling within complex healthcare environments.
