Oncology Territory Manager, Breast

Responsibilities

• Represent assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals and stakeholders within the Minneapolis territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting product features, benefits, and approved indications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to optimize commercial potential.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and market trends to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and the customer base.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant disease states, competitor products, and clinical pathways.
• Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining customer databases.
• Adhere to all compliance, operating principles, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience.
• Experience with oncology product launches.
• Experience in diverse roles such as training, marketing, or market access.
• Experience with co-promotion.
