About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals and stakeholders within the Minneapolis territory.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting product features, benefits, and approved indications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to optimize commercial potential.
- Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and market trends to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and the customer base.
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant disease states, competitor products, and clinical pathways.
- Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining customer databases.
- Adhere to all compliance, operating principles, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60%.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience.
- Experience with oncology product launches.
- Experience in diverse roles such as training, marketing, or market access.
- Experience with co-promotion.
