Oncology Territory Manager, Breast

Responsibilities

• Represent assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals within the Phoenix territory
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting product features, benefits, and approved indications
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to optimize commercial potential
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and market trends to drive growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and the customer base
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant disease states, competitor products, and clinical pathways
• Utilize sales force automation systems and other tools to enhance territory management
• Adhere to all compliance, operating principles, and administrative standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 4+ years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60%
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience
• Experience with oncology product launches
• Experience in diverse roles such as training, marketing, or market access
• Experience with co-promotion models
