Oncology Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous and medically delegated complex nursing care at home for adult oncology patients
• Deliver personalized care considering the patient's social, psychological, and environmental context
• Act as a situation referent in accordance with nursing ethical codes
• Foster interprofessional relationships within the integrated project teams
• Develop links with the Geneva oncology network, including HUG and the Ligue contre le cancer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva
• CAS in oncology with a proven interest in the field
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in home care
• Proficiency in technical nursing procedures
• Ability to work autonomously and within interdisciplinary teams
• High level of interpersonal skills and stress management
• Essential mobility (bicycle or car)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the specific oncology network in Geneva
