Oncology Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Visit specialists as an oncology expert to build long-term relationships and drive sales through strategic account management.
• Develop and execute plans to expand product adoption and prescription volume within target facilities.
• Lead information provision to key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, medical staff, and wholesalers.
• Collaborate with other Medical Representatives to plan, operate, and follow up on regional symposiums and medical seminars.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to achieve business success.
• Share successful case studies, knowledge, and skills with other team members to contribute to collective success.
• Conduct all information provision activities in strict compliance with industry regulations and internal company rules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Medical Representative (MR) experience.
• Proven experience working with key hospitals and managing major accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in driving new product adoption.
• Experience with remote detailing.
• Valid MR certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• Ability to work nationwide as required.
• Must have no history of compliance or legal violations within the last 10 years.
