About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary medical and HEOR interface between Lilly and U.S. population-based decision makers (PBDMs), including payers, health systems, and policy makers.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with stakeholders to support oncology formulary access and clinical decision-making.
- Deliver scientific and value evidence, such as trial data, real-world evidence (RWE), and pharmacoeconomic data, to address customer strategic needs.
- Identify opportunities for research collaborations, value-based arrangements (VBAs), and real-world data partnerships.
- Synthesize and communicate complex clinical and HEOR data into actionable evidence for stakeholders.
- Provide external insights to internal teams to influence the HEOR research agenda and asset strategy.
- Maintain deep expertise in therapeutic drug classes, health policy, and US healthcare environmental trends.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) in a scientific or health-related field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in health science or health outcomes.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in data analytics and/or HEOR research and application.
- Expertise in the treatment or management of relevant therapeutic areas, specifically Oncology.
- Demonstrated expertise in value assessment, including use of AMCP Dossiers, FDAMA 114, and pharmacoeconomic models.
- Experience in field-based, customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Medical Affairs, HEOR, or Managed Care).
- Strong ability to translate and present complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
