About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate interdisciplinary tumor boards and oncological case discussions
- Prepare all necessary documentation for tumor boards, including findings, imaging, and histology
- Document and track tumor board decisions, therapy recommendations, and implementation
- Organize further staging or appointments with cooperation partners
- Support certification-relevant processes (Onkozert)
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist, medical assistant (MFA), or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of caring for patients with uro-oncological diseases
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally experienced with Orbis/ODOK and tumor board processes
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
