Oncology Analytics & Insights Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central leader bridging strategy and execution by providing deep Oncology analytics subject matter expertise.
• Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to shape commercial strategy and drive consistent analytics positioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales and client teams, translating complex analytic approaches into clear, decision-oriented guidance.
• Guide the evolution of therapeutic analytics capabilities in partnership with the Global Commercial Organization (GCO).
• Align delivery capabilities with commercial needs by partnering with Clinical, Delivery, and Advanced Analytics leadership.
• Support the creation of therapeutic standards, including market definitions and analytic assumptions.
• Mentor mid-level talent by modeling strong therapeutic reasoning and consultative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience within the biopharma, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep expertise in oncology and oncology-specific analytics.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, including participation in executive-level conversations and solution discussions.
• Proven ability to translate advanced analytics into business-ready insights for stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including Clinical, Market Access, and Data teams.
• Strong influence skills to drive the adoption of new analytic approaches and standards.
