Oncology Account Specialist (Hematology)

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding efficacy, safety, and dosing profiles for FDA-approved indications.
• Conduct opportunity assessments and identify multi-disciplinary customers within accounts to inform business priorities.
• Develop tumor-focused business plans based on key insights and engagement plans for key account partners.
• Learn account priorities for specific tumor types and local clinical trends.
• Educate on approved companion diagnostic tests and the importance of appropriate patient identification.
• Work with peer field team members to identify cross-brand engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, or clinical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must reside in Minneapolis, MN, or the surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience (specifically in Breast, Lung, Hematology, Gynecology, Genitourinary, or Gastrointestinal cancer).
• Experience working with or within the Mayo Clinic.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and managing a complex portfolio.
• Ability to build customer relationships through both in-person and virtual mediums.
• Strong ability to learn, analyze, and convey complex clinical information.
