About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding efficacy, safety, and dosing profiles for FDA-approved indications.
- Conduct opportunity assessments and identify multi-disciplinary customers within accounts to inform business priorities.
- Develop tumor-focused business plans and engagement plans based on key insights and local clinical trends.
- Educate HCPs on approved companion diagnostic tests and the importance of appropriate patient identification.
- Work with peer field team members to identify cross-brand engagement opportunities and provide input into geography-level priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, or clinical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Must live within the geography: Ann Arbor, MI; Toledo, OH; Fort Wayne, IN; or surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or oncology sales (specifically GI, Breast, Lung, Hematology, Gynecology, or Genitourinary).
- Proven track record of successful product launches and managing a complex portfolio.
- Experience building customer relationships through both in-person and virtual mediums.
- Ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information effectively.
