Oncology Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales objectives for the territory
• Communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on FDA approved products to healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet customer needs
• Navigate complex organizational structures including hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs
• Manage administrative requirements including budget, expense reports, and CRM reporting
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws including the PhRMA Code

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Life Science preferred)
• 6+ years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in oncology, hematology, or rare disease markets
• Experience with oral therapeutic selling preferred
• Ability to manage large territories with periodic overnight travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncology/hematology or rare disease markets
• Experience selling oral therapeutics
