Onboarding & Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and improve the end-to-end onboarding programme for all new hires across various departments.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation sessions to ensure a consistent and culturally aligned experience.
• Deliver hands-on technical training on CRM systems, proprietary platforms, and contact-center solutions like Genesys.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps and develop annual training plans.
• Manage external training vendors, including RFP processes, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Administer the global compliance training calendar to ensure 100% completion rates across all markets.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and instructional design principles to create engaging, scalable e-learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a dedicated L&D, Training, or Onboarding Specialist role.
• Hands-on experience training employees on CRM systems and contact centre platforms (Genesys preferred).
• Proven experience managing global or multi-site compliance training rollouts.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certification such as CIPD, ATD CPTD, or APTD.
