Responsibilities

• Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
• Build a sales process from the ground up to enable future go-to-market excellence
• Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail and perfect follow-ups
• Leverage tools and technology to scale the sales team
• Act as a listener to bring market, product, and industry trend learnings back to the company
• Model out scenarios using analytical and numerical skills
