Onboarding Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new customers
• Deliver high-quality customer training sessions and onboarding workshops
• Gather and analyse customer requirements to design effective solutions
• Provide expert advice on technology, products, and service implementations
• Configure, implement, and reconfigure customer systems as required
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, defining scope, plans, and risks
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple priorities while meeting customer expectations
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure or complex situations
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading customer meetings and delivering training sessions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate travel businesses and their relationship to FCTG
• Travel industry experience is preferred
