About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new dealerships, guiding them through implementation, setup, configuration, and launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, building trust and resolving blockers to maintain onboarding timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Account Management, Product, and Program Management teams to align on milestones.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions, including updated SOPs and training materials.
- Track and report on key onboarding KPIs, such as time-to-launch and completion rates, to drive team accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or client success roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders (GM/VP-level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing escalations and resolving complex account issues in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry, dealership operations, or e-commerce marketplaces.
- 7+ years of experience in a technology or marketplace environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and performance analytics dashboards.
- Experience working in a start-up or early-stage business environment with a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
