About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical partner for new Slack Premier and Signature customers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and build personalized onboarding plans to accelerate product adoption.
  • Guide customers through enterprise migrations, including SSO and complex API or integration challenges.
  • Run virtual 1:1 training sessions on key features such as Slackbot, Slack Connect, and Workflows.
  • Translate customer business objectives into customized success paths and practical product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface recurring customer friction points.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or helping customers derive business value from technology.
  • Proven track record of strong customer-facing engagement with both administrators and C-suite executives.
  • Technical fluency with software solutions and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Solid understanding of at least one object-oriented language (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or SQL).
  • Experience working with Slack or Salesforce products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical customer roles such as Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Experience building conversational AI solutions, particularly within regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and software implementation best practices.
  • Slack or Salesforce Admin/Consultant certifications.
