Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, including timelines, tasks, and communication
• Support clients and members by educating them on how Redirect Health works and how to navigate benefits
• Collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams
• Improve onboarding efficiency, enrollment outcomes, and the overall new client experience
• Advocate for new clients and their employees by representing their needs across internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, professional services, or customer onboarding
• 2+ years of experience in account management or client success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic approach
• Proven analytical and project management skills to simplify complex problems
• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/B.Sc. preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience
• Health Insurance License

• Salary range of $50,000-$70,000 per year
