Onboarding & Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor market, credit, and liquidity risks to ensure portfolios remain within mandates and risk appetite
• Implement controls to mitigate operational risks, ensure data integrity, and maintain audit readiness
• Manage the negotiation and execution of legal agreements, including ISDA, CSA, and clearing agreements
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and counterparties to establish accounts, connectivity, and trading readiness
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing compliance with regulations such as Dodd-Frank and EMIR
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Portfolio Management to test workflows and ensure systems are ready for trading

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in derivatives operations and collateral management
• Experience working with global custodian banks
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SQL and/or Python is highly desired
• Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, and regulatory requirements in investment operations
• Familiarity with financial calculations and mathematical proficiency
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and independence
