Onboarding Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding journeys by guiding new customers through platform setup and configuration
• Deliver engaging product demos, onboarding calls, and group webinars
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, training guides, and self-serve documentation
• Serve as the primary contact during onboarding to address questions and resolve setup issues
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless handoffs and Customer Success for post-onboarding transitions
• Capture customer feedback to refine the onboarding experience and influence product enhancements

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience OR 4+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or account management
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Familiarity with the construction industry (electrical, mechanical, or general contracting) or construction technology preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
