Onboarding Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage brand launches to ensure timely go-live with required payment methods, PSP approvals, and technical readiness
• Oversee PSP delivery and coordinate migrations to the widget platform, ensuring cross-team alignment
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between PSP Onboarding, Tech AMs, Product, QA, and Implementation teams
• Monitor post-launch performance and provide support to resolve production or payment issues promptly
• Maintain an accurate inventory of active PSPs, payment methods, currencies, and markets
• Optimize resource and workflow planning by managing team capacity and implementing process improvements
• Report progress to leadership, tracking approval statuses and identifying potential risks or delays

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or delivery management within the Fintech or iGaming sectors
• Strong understanding of payment systems and payment service providers (PSPs)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
