Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for the global onboarding program, including vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Design and build resources, milestones, and touchpoints to create a first-in-class onboarding experience
• Embed company values and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into the onboarding program
• Develop and facilitate weekly company-wide orientation for new hire cohorts at company HQs
• Partner with functional leaders to support team-specific onboarding programs
• Project-plan and execute program improvements based on structured feedback
• Partner with People Operations, IT, and enablement teams to ensure system and account readiness
• Triage and resolve onboarding-related issues in real time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a People or HR-related role
• Proven experience building or substantially revising a first-in-class onboarding or people program
• Experience designing programs that reinforce organizational culture and EVP
• Success managing enterprise-level programs across multiple regions or business units
• Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-scaling business environment
• Proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Google Apps, Ashby, Workday, Slack, or Jira
• PMP or PgMP certification
