Onboarding Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for the global onboarding program, including vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Design a first-in-class onboarding experience by benchmarking externally and building resources, milestones, and touchpoints.
• Embed company values and the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into the onboarding journey.
• Develop and facilitate weekly company-wide orientation sessions for new hire cohorts at headquarters.
• Partner with functional leaders to support and tailor team-specific onboarding programs.
• Project-plan and execute program improvements based on structured feedback from new hires and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and enablement teams to ensure all systems and accounts are ready for new hires.
• Triage and resolve onboarding-related issues in real time to maintain a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Proven experience building or substantially revising a first-in-class onboarding or comparable people program.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs and projects across multiple regions or business units.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly as a fast-growing organization scales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Google Apps, Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Jira.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
