Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical platform setup, configuration, and deployment for new clients
• Deliver comprehensive user training sessions to ensure platform adoption and proficiency
• Drive a structured 90-day onboarding program to ensure early value and service consumption
• Manage all onboarding activities, tasks, and documentation using Monday.com
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between Technical, Finance, Customer Success, and Account Management teams
• Track and report on onboarding KPIs including CSAT, platform adoption, and revenue attainment
• Identify and proactively resolve potential delays or roadblocks in the onboarding timeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in client onboarding, software implementation, or technology-enabled service activation
• Strong technical aptitude for platform configuration, workflow logic, and system troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to client stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote environment
