Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for a high-volume book of business
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients regarding tax registrations and platform configuration
• Identify process bottlenecks to improve Time-to-Value
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams
• Create documentation, help center articles, and internal playbooks
• Perform technical troubleshooting for data imports and integration settings

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Operations
• High operational rigor and project management skills
• Ability to explain complex logic to non-technical users
• Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• High attention to detail and customer obsession

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, or data migration workflows
• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or E-commerce ecosystems
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs/Prompts) for workflow automation
• Experience as an early employee in a fast-growing startup
