About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients from contract signature through go-live
- Manage multi-stakeholder projects, training sessions, and change management across multiple locations
- Build client relationships and drive platform adoption through frequent travel (70-80%)
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance client experience at scale
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management in SaaS
- Experience managing complex, multi-location onboarding for mid-market or enterprise clients
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time to client locations across the U.S.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training
- Proficiency with CRM or project management tools like HubSpot
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a strong plus
