Onboarding Lead VP

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee new client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions to the CRD SaaS Azure platform
• Lead and mentor a team of onboarding system analysts, providing guidance on implementations and issue resolution
• Serve as a senior escalation point for internal and client-facing operational issues within the Azure SaaS team
• Drive strategy and continuous improvement for the service delivery model to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales teams to support Proof of Concept (PoC) development and drive incremental sales opportunities
• Provide technical oversight on complex issue resolution involving C#, Java, FIX, Ansible, ETL, and Cloud Platforms
• Monitor client issue resolution to ensure timely responses and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Coordinate with service partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a high-growth SaaS environment
• 8+ years of experience managing and supporting mission-critical SaaS production software
• 12+ years of experience in investment software and technical environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Extensive experience with financial trading applications (OMS, middle/back-office, or similar)
• Deep understanding of the FIX protocol and financial technology integrations
• Expertise in Cloud Platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Hands-on capability in database investigations and performance diagnostics (RDBMS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Charles River IMS
• Experience with 3rd party integrations with exchanges like CME, LCH, or ICE, and Bloomberg
