Onboarding Experience Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onboarding experience teams, overseeing Consumer Onboarding, Account Setup, and Account Access & Recovery
• Drive conversion for new personal customers to ensure they reach their first successful transaction quickly
• Eliminate drop-off across critical flows including signup, KYC, profile creation, and pricing understanding
• Own the end-to-end login, account recovery, and 2FA experience
• Improve UX across onboarding journeys, specifically for complex or regulated flows
• Balance growth objectives with security, compliance, and operational scalability
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 senior Product Managers

Requirements

• Proven experience leading onboarding or core conversion experiences in a fast-growing tech company
• Experience managing regulated or complex flows (e.g., fintech, identity, or compliance)
• Track record of owning and moving end-to-end metrics such as conversion or retention
• Strong product sense with a deep focus on UX quality and attention to detail
• Experience leading and building high-performing teams of senior product managers
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to define and track success
• Ability to collaborate effectively across compliance, legal, operations, and marketing teams
