About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale an enterprise sales learning system to drive seller productivity and performance.
- Define and govern standardized onboarding programs, including 30/60/90-day frameworks and role-based certification paths.
- Lead the development of continuous learning programs that support key sales motions and skill development.
- Own seller capability and performance progression across the first 180 days of tenure.
- Establish structured manager coaching frameworks and reinforcement tools to drive consistent field behavior.
- Define and track success metrics such as ramp time, pipeline creation, and deal progression.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to align learning programs with revenue priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or B2B sales leadership.
- Proven experience building enterprise-level onboarding and learning systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience managing teams and operating through program management layers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-segment sales environments (Enterprise, MSA, Priority Sales Segments).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Gap Selling.
- Experience with enablement platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
