Onboarding Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and service experience
• Onboard and train new partners, including menu setups and image edits
• Inform partners about processes and procedures via forms, email, and phone
• Monitor processes and track progress using Monday.com and other internal tools
• Master internal systems and workflows to support effective onboarding

Requirements

• Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Estonian
• Ability to build strong relationships with charm, empathy, and honesty
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing market
• Experience in high-performance, high-expectation cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in onboarding or partner operations
• Experience delivering accurate work within SOPs
• Proficiency in maintaining clean data and CRM hygiene
