Onboarding Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Perform periodic reviews based on KYC/KYB guidelines, ensuring timely updates and escalations
• Manage customer communications throughout the entire onboarding process to provide high-quality service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account administration
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant compliance, onboarding, or due diligence role, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) PSN02 Guidelines and related regulations
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to review and assess documents in both languages
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with emerging virtual currency regulatory frameworks in other jurisdictions
