Onboarding Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle, including producing employment offer letters and contracts.
• Manage the background checking process by working with third-party suppliers and investigating discrepancies.
• Partner with immigration firms to ensure new hires have the legal right to work and manage work visa sponsorship processes.
• Update HR systems to reflect new hire status and track onboarding SLAs to prevent delays.
• Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding IT system access and induction setup.
• Monitor and track the completion of required new joiner training.
• Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders in IT, Global Security, and Global Human Resources.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion when handling sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree level education.
• Previous experience in Human Resources administration.
• Experience working in a busy and demanding corporate environment.
