Onboarding and Implementation Manager

At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively through automation and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full post-sale onboarding process from kickoff through go-live
• Partner with customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into optimal Reevo configurations
• Develop expert-level understanding of all Reevo modules to provide best practice guidance
• Oversee system setup, data mapping, migration, and QA
• Drive multiple implementations simultaneously using structured project management plans
• Train users on platform functionality and provide onboarding resources
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs
• Document repeatable playbooks and champion process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior internship experience within a B2B SaaS company
• Experience or interest in CRM, RevOps, or workflow automation tools
• Ability to lead complex software implementations end-to-end
• Strong consultative, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara or San Francisco 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Proficiency with data management, integrations, and system configuration
• Comfort with BI tools, analytics, and customer data models
• Startup experience and ability to manage ambiguity
