Onboarding and Implementation Manager

At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively through automation and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full post-sale onboarding process from kickoff through go-live
• Partner with stakeholders to translate GTM workflows and data models into optimal Reevo configurations
• Oversee system setup, data mapping, migration, and QA
• Drive multiple simultaneous implementations with structured plans and timelines
• Train users on platform functionality and provide onboarding resources
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and product feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–7 years in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding in B2B SaaS
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Proficiency with data management, integrations, and system configuration
• Strong consultative and presentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders
• Experience with BI tools and customer data models
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco or Santa Clara 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in RevOps or workflow automation tools
• Startup experience with high ambiguity
