About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support end-to-end AP invoice processing workflows, including ingestion, validation, and approval routing.
- Administer and optimize Brainware Intelligent Capture for high-volume invoice capture and data extraction.
- Provide daily support, maintenance, and monitoring of OnBase and Brainware platforms to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Troubleshoot integrations between OnBase, Brainware, and ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint and SAP.
- Develop and maintain AP-related reports and dashboards using SQL queries to analyze processing data.
- Ensure compliance with SOX financial controls, including audit trails and document retention.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and IT to drive innovation and increase automation in financial document workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in OnBase or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
- 5+ years of functional experience supporting Accounts Payable, invoice automation, or finance operations.
- Strong expertise in OnBase System Administration, Workflow, OnBase Studio, and Configuration modules.
- Hands-on experience with Brainware Intelligent Capture, including system configuration and OCR engines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for queries, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of the AP invoice lifecycle and workflow automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) or Workflow Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP and SAP in Finance/AP modules.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and financial audit processes.
- Experience working in shared services or high-volume AP environments.
